Arlene Alarcόn joined Goodwill Industries of El Paso as Vice President of Contract and Workforce Development Services in January of 2004. Her leadership and management skills include extensive experience in policy and governmental affairs designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring million-dollar government-funded contracts.  

Arlene believes in maintaining a strong involvement in the community and works closely with many governmental agencies. She has served on several Boards as Directors. Additionally, she teaches business (credit) classes at El Paso Community College and is co-owner of a family business.

Arlene received a dual Master of Arts Degree in Management and Human Resource from Webster University in December of 2003.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. Arlene and her husband Rick (of 31 years) have her two children, Ricky and Erika.  Their pride and joy are their grandsons, Christian, Isaiah and Nicholas.
